Carefully fold the textiles and place them in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are free from any damage or debris.
Ship the Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned textiles, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
